Over the past months, we found ourselves facing a daily annoyance that nobody seemed to have solved:
How do you bring your sports clothes to the office without looking like you’re carrying half your locker room with you?
Between early gym sessions, office days or sports after work, switching between a work bag and a sports bag became a constant frustration. The options on the market were either ultra-luxurious (and often impractical), or overly sporty and not something you’d want to bring into a meeting.
That’s where the idea for the Troicases Gym Bag began - not as a fashion statement, but as a real-life solution.

The Problem We Wanted to Solve
We noticed the same pattern in our own routines and among our community:
- Work essentials always mixed with sweaty gym clothes.
- Bags looked too “technical” for an office or too formal for a changing room.
- Most gym bags weren’t made for people who transition between activities all day.
We wanted a bag that respected both worlds. Something clean and minimal for work, yet functional enough to handle training gear, shoes, and long days on the move.
Visiting the Factory: Bringing the Bag to Life
Visiting our factory this week brought that idea into sharp focus.
Walking through the workshop, surrounded by sheets of leather and fabric, hardware samples, machinery humming in the background, made everything feel real. We spent hours reviewing prototypes, adjusting dimensions, reworking the placement of pockets, and refining the overall structure of the bag.
We designed the bag with a 3 section structure that keeps your essentials organized instead of lost in one big compartment:
