What are the three compartments?
- WORK — A padded laptop compartment that fits up to 16". Your device is protected and separated from everything else.
- SWEAT — The main compartment is lined with waterproof, washable recycled polyester. Store gym clothes, towels, and post-workout gear without worrying about odor or moisture reaching the rest of the bag.

What about the Racquet Bag?

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Austria and EU orders typically arrive in 2–7 business days. International orders take 7–14 business days. Exact shipping costs are shown at checkout. Non-EU orders may be subject to local customs duties.

14-day returns, no questions asked. Items must be in original condition. Return shipping costs are on the customer. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the return, using your original payment method.

Shipping questions
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed within the same week as orders are placed. Delivery within Austria typically takes 2–4 business days, within the EU 3–7 business days, and worldwide orders 7–14 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Please note that for deliveries outside the European Union, import duties, customs fees, and local taxes may apply. These additional costs are the responsibility of the customer.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs depend on your delivery address and are clearly displayed at checkout before completing your order. For Austria and the EU, we offer flat-rate options, while international rates are calculated based on destination.
How can I track my order?

Returns questions
Can I exchange my order for another model?
Direct exchanges are not available. If you’d like a different model, please return your original order within the 14-day return period and place a new order for your preferred item. This ensures the fastest and smoothest process.
How long do I have to return my order?
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your order without giving any reason. Simply follow the return steps online and notify us by email (hello@troicases.com) before sending back your item.
Who pays for the return shipping?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive your return in its original condition, we will issue a refund for the product price.
How and when will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive your return or proof of dispatch. The amount will be credited back using the same payment method you used for your original purchase.
