Processing time

All orders are processed within the week of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

Delivery within Austria & EU

• Standard shipping within Austria: approx. 2–4 business days
  
• Standard shipping within EU: approx. 3–7 business days
  
• Express options may be available at checkout.
  

International delivery (outside EU)

We also ship worldwide. Delivery times vary depending on destination, typically 7–14 business days. Please note:

• Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, customs fees and local taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
  
• Any bank fees or foreign exchange costs related to international payments are also borne by the customer.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Risk of transport

For all consumer orders, the risk of accidental loss, damage, or deterioration of the goods passes to you only once the goods are physically delivered to the consumer.

We want you to be fully satisfied with your Troicases purchase. If for any reason you change your mind, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

Right of withdrawal

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you, or a person nominated by you (other than the carrier), take possession of the goods.

Return procedure

1. Notify us via email (hello@troicases.com) of your intent to return or follow the steps in customer accounts.
   
2. Repack the item(s) securely in the original packaging and in original condition.
   
3. Send back the goods to the return address provided in your confirmation email.
   

Please note:

• You must return the goods within 14 days of delivery.
  
• The cost of return shipping is borne by you.
  
• Items must be returned in their original condition. You are only liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to check the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Refunds

• Once we have received and inspected your return, we will refund all payments including the original shipping costs (except additional costs for express or non-standard delivery).
  
• Refunds are made within 14 days of receiving your return or proof of dispatch.
  
• We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
